Determine whether a patient meets the consensus definition of orthostatic hypotension by comparing supine and standing blood pressures. A drop of ≥20 mmHg in systolic OR ≥10 mmHg in diastolic BP within 3 minutes of assuming an upright posture is diagnostic.
